How to get your PKR winnings out, how long it takes and what verification is needed.

Go to your account dashboard and select the Withdrawal option. Choose your preferred method – JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer – and enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR. If your KYC verification is complete, the request will be processed in accordance with the processing time for the method selected.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically among the fastest, often arriving within hours on business days once the request has been approved. Bank transfers can take longer. KYC verification must be complete before withdrawal requests are processed. If a withdrawal has been pending for more than the stated processing window, contact luk91 support with your withdrawal reference.

Settlement rules for abandoned or rain-affected matches depend on the specific market and how much of the match was completed. Match result bets on a match that does not produce a result are typically voided and stakes returned.
