Terms and Conditions – luk91 Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Eligibility

To register and use the luk91 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. luk91 is strictly an adults-only entertainment platform and access by anyone under 18 is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are registering with your own genuine personal details.
• You are not a person who has self-excluded from luk91 or any affiliate platform during an active exclusion period.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended by luk91 for a breach of these Terms.

luk91 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Where an ineligible player has received bonus funds or winnings, those amounts are not payable and will be removed from the account balance.

2 Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one luk91 account. Opening more than one account – whether using different contact details, devices or payment methods – is a breach of these Terms. luk91 may detect duplicate accounts through technical and verification processes and will close duplicates without prior notice.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and payment information. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. luk91 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach results from a failure on your part to maintain password security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you should contact luk91 support immediately and change your password.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on luk91 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and supported debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

luk91 does not charge fees on deposits made to your account. However, your payment provider (such as JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside luk91's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. luk91 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and displayed in your account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals requested by verified accounts are processed promptly in accordance with the standard processing times for each payment method.
• luk91 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals requested while an active bonus wagering requirement is incomplete may be declined or the bonus balance may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers on luk91 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn as real PKR. The wagering requirement for each offer is displayed in its individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that remain incomplete at expiry will be removed from your account without notice.

5 Sports Betting and Game Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. luk91 does not accept responsibility for errors in odds resulting from obvious technical faults and reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds.
• In-play bets are placed and accepted based on the live match state at the time of acceptance. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to delay to prevent exploitation of market information advantages.

8 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use the luk91 platform in good faith for personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to interact with the platform, place bets or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical faults in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a platform error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request and there is no outstanding investigation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after standard verification checks are completed. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure.

Players may voluntarily close their luk91 account by contacting platform support. Closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification requirements.

10 Changes to These Terms

luk91 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, luk91 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the platform.
